Information Collection & Use (What Personal Data We Collect & Why We Collect It)
Soul-Felt Words, Inc. and all of its websites collects information from our online users, members, and clients. In the following sections below, we will describe the type of information we collect and how we use it to provide better services to our users, members, and clients. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you, the online user, member, and/or client uploads images to any of our websites, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Please be aware, visitors to the website/s can download and extract any location data from images on the website/s.

How long we retain your data
If you, the online user, member, and/or client leaves a comment or shares a written, audio, or video testimonial, the comment and/or written, audio, or video testimonial and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments and/or written, audio, or video testimonial automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For online users, members, and/or clients who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. Should you, the online user, member, and/or client subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address are stored in our email program until you unsubscribe (Click UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of any email you receive should you choose to opt out).

When initiating an online request for a service or a product, online users, members, and clients must first register by either becoming a private client or opting in as a user.  During this process, online users, members, and clients are required to give their contact information (such as name, email address, payment information).

Communications with Us
Soul-Felt Words, Inc. has developed features whereby you, the online user, member, and/or client can submit information to us (such as e-Column newsletter, Messenger Of Miracles membership, web-based feedback forms, and contact us pages). In cases like this we may retain e-mails and other information sent to us for internal administrative purposes and to help us better serve users and clients. When you submit your name, email, payment information, and/or message, it always results in an email being sent to one of our main email addresses which is then flagged as coming from the web-based form (ie: Contact Us form). Your details are not stored anywhere other than in the email that is generated. Comments from you, the online user, member, and/or client may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Communications from Us
Service Updates, Special Offers
In order to best serve you, the online user, member, and/or client, we may send updates that contain important information about our services. For example, we send new clients a welcoming message and verify password and username for our password-protected areas. You will receive marketing communications from us if you have:
(i) requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us; or
